much love, from Toronto/[insert your city here.]
Postcard Campaign

Yes, we're writing letters.  But you never know if those envelopes are being opened.  So here's another way to get the message across:  postcards!  We've made a couple to start you guys off (all but one is text-only to save your printers), but we know there are a lot of graphically talented people here, so make your own and link us here so we can add them to this post too!

Don't forget to tell FOX how much you love the show and for international fans, let them know how popular the show is where you are too!

How to send them:

You can send them yourself to any of the addresses posted here.

Or, you can use online services like these, which save you the cost of printing them yourself and offer discounts the more you order:

Premium Postcard
Click2Mail

FYI:  I don't know about Premium Postcard, but the way Click2Mail works is that the image is on one side and the address is on the other, much like those advertisement postcards you get in the mail.  So no worries about coming up with a message if you use this method.

Know of any other good ones?  Comment and we'll update the post.

Here are the postcards we've made for you guys (forgive me, I'm the one who did these and I'm more of a word person than a graphics person).  Clicking on the image will take you to my photobucket account and you can save the image from there.  And if anyone who knows better than me (so anyone, really) thinks that the resolution is too low to be good for printing, please let me know so I can do something about it.

And last but not least, guys...we can't do this without people.  So spread the word about the community.  If you're on any of the many SCC forums, tell them about us.  If we're going to show FOX that we're serious, we need to be as united as possible.

We've got more ideas in the works, so keep writing, keep watching, and keep talking.

♥ That's probably better than cribbing one from the box and copying it by hand onto a local post card.

Now, to find something to pring it on....

That was Aelysian's idea. (Aren't her postcards so awesome?) And I love the pancake one that was inspired by your idea. Good luck sending postcards! Once I figure this out, I'm totally going to send some of my own. :)

Oo, this looks awesome. ^^ Those postcards are absolutely great. I love the pancake one.

I can do a little with graphics and I was wondering if I could make one?

Thank you! I love the pancake one too: the idea from [info]hbpen was totally brilliant.

Of course! These were made just to start you guys off. The goal is to get everyone contributing! You can link us to yours here and we'll add it to the post.

Question: How do I upload an image I did for postcard(s) and have copies made so i can send a duplicate of one postcard to each address?

I drew up some postcards but I kinda dont want to redraw each one so I can send the same postcard image to different addresses.

I thought Kinkos might do that, but googlin' resulted in Kinkos not really making postcards. I dunno what would be best to do

I'm assuming you drew these by hand? If so, the first step would be scanning them to make a digital copy. There are online sites that allow you to upload images and they will handle the printing and mailing. One of our forum members made a step-by-step manual for one of them that you can find a few posts down: http://www.savethescc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=8

I'm not sure how helpful that is or if you have a scanner available (I think places like Kinko's will do scanning though for you) but if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Also: your icon is awesome.
